Vests, Planes and Papa!

Bella started using her SmartVest this week.  She amazes me!  She "showed" me how it worked...sang to me during the therapy and even wanted to do it a second time!  She is such an inspiration!

We hit the TASM this week (Twice!!)  She loves to "she ahpanes"..('See airplanes!'... for those that don't speak "Bella"...haha)  We went Thursday and then again Friday because it was her Papa's birthday and she thought it was necessary to have him "she ahpanes"!  So it was a Papa/Bella day...she LOVED it..showed him the airplane game where we crash the toy plane and showed him the orange helicopter.

Since it was Papa's birthday she had to sing to him. She also made him a couple of beaded items..picking the colors and the order in which she wanted me to string the beads. Not every Papa gets a bracelet for his birthday! She was very sure he would like them...and the look on her face of pure joy when he said he liked them melted my heart.

This morning she did her sign for "love you" and said she didn't tell Mommy that she "wub you" before she left for work..."I call Mommy".... so we did...we left her a message ..." I wub you Mommy!"  She was smiling as she left the message for her Mommy.

The pictures this week are just crazy shots...she was laughing at our crazy hair in the mirror...showing me her purse...and us being silly when we visited TASM on Thursday.

Fur, Feathers and Fish

Gosh what a great week!

Bella's vest arrived...we will all go through training next Saturday!  She seemed to like the doll vest I made for her..I hope it helps her realize she isn't alone in this.

Thursday she and I hit the Zoo...she loves seeing the animals. Thank you, Jenny! ;)
Friday we went to see "fishes" at the Aquarium.  She was concerned about her Papa...he was driving the Jeep this week and it started raining ... she was afraid he was getting wet..so we called him while we were at the Aquarium so she could find out if he was wet or dry. Such a sweetie!

She never gets tired of seeing the fish!

The beaver was busy swimming and wandering around his exhibit.

Swim Jim the otter was showing off today behind us!

Cheese faces!

Growing in Leaps and Bounds!

Bella's sentence structure has really developed over the last week! Sometimes it seems like just over-night she changes!  "Bellya can do it!", "Where Papa go?" to "Papa ate yeayo popsuckle. Papa eat Bellya yeayo! Silly Papa!", "Papa dwive Gummy Jeep!", "Where NoAh? He home:"...and more!

She wasn't feeling very well this week...stuffy nose and  fever...so we had a somewhat quiet week. Spent a lot of time just snuggled with her.  When she felt better we would go outside for a little while...we rode around in the Jeep  (around the driveway!). She would wave at Shelly's house and say "Hi Shellyee house!". She also discovered "The Sound of Music"...that will make her Daddy very happy...he loves that movie, too! So she is now learning to sing the different songs from that movie. Today we went for a wagon walk for a short distance...dinner with Mommy and Daddy ended the week! (Bella slept through most of dinner...bless her heart...she was still tired from not feeling well all week and only having an early nap).

We received notification that her vest will arrive next week, so I showed her youtube videos of other little ones getting there CPT while wearing a vest..she wanted to know what color her vest is...pink of course! We had a great CPT treatment today while she watched the videos...I think she was showing how well she could do things!
She picked her outfit today...decided to stay in jammy's!
Jammy day..still feeling under the weather.

Checking out my mini-ponytail that she tried to put in my hair!
Driving around in the driveway..she wanted to show her Snickerbeans cat to the camera.

Visiting with Shelly!

Fun Time!

No more Ms. Courtney giving lessons..but it still took some convincing to get her to swim...but once she realized it was just fun time she was ready to "shwim".  She did practice her roll over/float one time!
